We wanted to send you this letter expressing our gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional job that Steve and Manual performed when preparing our home for fumigation last week. We were not thrilled with the notion that our house had to be tented, nevertheless we had no choice since it was an escrow requirement.

The morning they arrived, they noticed that we had beautiful climbing roses and flowers along the sides of the house. Even though it would have been much easier for them to set up the tenting such that the tarpaulins would have draped over both the wall and the plants, thus sacrificing these flowers, Steve and Manuel took the trouble to trouble to trim some of the branches so they could gently pull the plants away from the wall. Then they draped the tent between the wall and the plants.

When we were permitted to reenter the premises the following day, we were very pleased to see that all of our plants were persevered. We fully realize that they did not have to make this extra personal effort, and likely others wouldn't have. It is for this reason we wanted to recognize them and show our appreciation for their kindness. Thank you for making this unpleasant event much easier and less painless for us.
